At the same time, we look for your inner resources the places in you that feel steady, kind, curious or strong so you don’t only suffer less, you also begin to feel more supported from within.
This isn’t about effort. It’s about presence.

In our 60-minute session, we gently explore your inner world using mindfulness and body-centered awareness. Together, we notice what is happening right now in your body, emotions, thoughts and impulses, and let these subtle signals guide us to the deeper patterns that quietly shape your life.
This is a collaborative space held in loving presence. We make room for what hurts and for what supports you , your resilience, your wisdom, your longing for something different. As you feel more safely accompanied inside your experience, unnecessary suffering can soften, and new choices and ways of being can emerge naturally from within.

These personalized workshops offer a mindful, body-centered space to explore what’s most alive for you.
Rooted in the Hakomi Method : mindfulness-based, body-centered, and experiential each session invites gentle self-discovery through somatic awareness. Together, we listen to your body’s wisdom, explore the patterns that keep repeating, and open to new possibilities in how you relate to yourself and others.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking deeper connection, or simply curious about inner exploration, we’ll shape the experience around your unique intentions and pace. We’ll also gently invite “missing experiences” – feeling supported, believed, allowed to rest – so your system can begin to feel more resourced, not just more aware.
